Wild game soup

All guests choose 1 appetizer, 1 main course, and 1 dessert. The three-course menu is served exclusively to the entire table.

100g or 300g of garlic-roasted lobster tails and sourdough bread. The larger portion is suitable for a main course or for a few people to share as an appetizer.
Reindeer carpaccio, sorrel and ruccola pesto, virgin rapeseed oil, lemon zest, Grettir cheese, nuts and flake salt.
