It doesn't always have to be overly complicated! Simplicity usually works best for grilling, and we can put almost anything on our large grill and take it anywhere. Below are some suggestions for what we've done so far, and we warmly welcome all inquiries.
Simple Burger Party
Served on disposable cardboard trays for each guest.
Price: 2,990 ISK per person
Minimum: 50 people
- Cheeseburgers and Bacon Burgers: 140g beef patties with 20% fat, soft potato buns, lettuce, beef tomato, and sauce.

Grilled Skewers

Traditional Icelandic hot dogs, some say its the national food of icelanders.

#2 Grill steak buffet
We can take our grill anywhere, making this event perfect for luxury tourism services looking to elevate their sightseeing experience or for outdoor weddings.
Price: 8,990 ISK per person
Minimum: 50 people (Available for smaller groups, but pricing must be negotiated.)

Sometimes, you just need something delicious and nutritious to grab on the go.
All lunch boxes include juice, an energy bar, a water bottle, and a piece of fruit.

- Parma Ham Sandwich: Pesto, burrata, and beef tomato on ciabatta bread.
- Club Sandwich: Chicken, bacon, and cheddar cheese on sourdough bread.
- Roast Beef Sandwich: Remoulade, fried onions, pickles, on soft focaccia bread.
- Tomato Bruschetta: Tomato concasse, beef tomato, mozzarella, balsamic glaze, and arugula on five-grain bread.
- Gravlax Sandwich: House-cured anise salmon, gravlax sauce, boiled egg, and pickled fennel on sourdough bread.
Lunch Box with a cold main course

- Chicken Pasta Salad: Basil pesto, cherry tomatoes, Grettir cheese, and croutons.
- Grilled Chicken Thighs: Served with sweet potato salad, dates, hazelnuts, and bacon.
- Chicken Salad: Confit tomatoes, pickled red onion, capers, cucumber, fennel, Grettir cheese, and cold-pressed rapeseed oil from Móðir Jörð.
- Poke Bowl: Salmon, avocado, julienne vegetables, sesame, sushi rice, ginger, wasabi, and soy sauce.
- Egg Noodles: Beef strips, teriyaki, fried onions, and julienne vegetables.
#4 Three-course meal – Private chef
Choose 1 appetizer, 1 main course, and 1 dessert for the entire group. We will, of course, accommodate allergies and other dietary requirements.

Amuse-Bouche
Mixed small bites to share, prepared in the Fröken Selfoss style.
Appetizer (Choose one)
- Ceviche: Citrus-marinated cod and cocktail shrimp, bell pepper cream, and crispy flatbread.
- Cured Goose Breast: Blueberries, blueberry vinaigrette, horseradish cream, pickled red onion, nuts, and herbs.
- Broccoli Tempura: Sesame vinaigrette, wasabi sesame, and herbs.
- Reindeer Heart Carpaccio: Sorrel and arugula pesto, cold-pressed rapeseed oil, Grettir cheese, nuts, and flaky salt.
- Garlic-Roasted Langoustine Tails: Grettir cheese and Icelandic herbs. (+1,000 ISK)
Main Course (Choose one)
- Pan-Seared Arctic Char: Roasted vegetables, caper butter, and anise-pickled fennel.
- Grilled Lamb Sirloin: Oven-baked vegetables, potato gratin, pickled red onion, and brown sauce. (+1,000 ISK)
- Braised Chicken Thighs: From Reykjagarður, served with lemon thyme sauce, potatoes, roasted vegetables, and slow-cooked tomatoes.
- Vegan Wellington: Wild mushroom sauce, roasted vegetables, and anise-pickled fennel.
Dessert (Choose one)
- Chocolate Cake: Skyr cream, brown sugar caramel, and local bilberries.
- Rhubarb & Apple Crumble: Served with ice cream, troll oat crumble, and berries.
#5 Full-day service – Private chef
We can take care of all your group's meals for as long as needed—breakfast, lunch, snacks between meals, and dinner every day. We also provide takeaway lunch boxes for days when your group wants to venture out and enjoy some extra freedom.
Price: Custom offers tailored to each event, as the variables are limitless.
